PB65 Series Profile Machining Center

1. The PB model adopts a high bed structure, which effectively prevents water debris from splashing outside the equipment, and also effectively protects important parts such as guide rails and screw rods, improving the service life and reliability of the equipment;

2. The 1800 and 2500 models come standard with three-axis screw rods, integrated operation cabinets (fixed), and sliding doors with top crossbeams, meeting the demand for higher machining accuracy. The fast moving speed reaches 36m/min, and the equipment has superior dynamic performance and higher acceleration;

3. The bottom of the workbench is designed with a large inclined surface for chip removal, making cleaning and chip removal more convenient;

4. Mainly used for processing aluminum and steel profiles in industries such as automobiles, rail transit, and machinery manufacturing.
